Every Nextcloud order comes with free support.
The following overview lists which services are included and which are not.

Basic Support

Updates to the Nextcloud system and application
Updates to apps available in the Nextcloud App Store

Personalized Support

Our support doesn’t end with our standard services. We also actively assist you with setting up and configuring your operations.

For this personalized support, we charge an hourly rate of €135 (plus VAT), billed in 15-minute increments.

Enterprise Support

These requirements do not fall under any of the support terms mentioned:

Customer-specific customizations of the application
Development of custom apps
