As a hoster for agencies and companies, we offer our customers the operation and maintenance of their infrastructure. With our independent DevOps and infrastructure teams, we are able to support and maintain our customers' infrastructure.

Many of our customers greatly appreciate this service, as in many cases it makes economic sense not to carry out these activities with their own IT resources. These resources are often better spent on other projects than on operating and maintaining the infrastructure for your company's application or website.

For agencies:

Many agencies, for example, host their TYPO3 and Neos customers or various applications with us. Here it makes sense to fall back on our proven proServer concept.

The advantage for the agencies is that they can concentrate on development for their customers, for example, and do not have to provide resources for operation and maintenance. We are the direct contact for the agency and the customer (if desired) in all matters relating to the infrastructure.

Virtual machines are often an option for a small number of customer instances, but we offer our own dedicated servers from a certain number of customer instances. These "agency servers" are intended exclusively for the agency and its customers.

We strictly separate our development business from hosting, which creates trust with our agency customers and has done so for many years.

Your agency's customers are in good hands with us and we are always available to you and the customer as a contact partner within the scope of our SLAs should there be any technical problems.

For companies:

Operating and maintaining your own infrastructure ties up your own resources and incurs considerable costs. In many cases, it can make sense to have your own infrastructure operated and maintained by an agency.

With our experienced DevOps and infrastructure teams, we are able to support and maintain your infrastructure both on and off premise.

The corresponding concept is individually tailored to you and, of course, we work closely with your company's IT department.

Update cycles and work on the infrastructure are discussed in advance and you are assigned a product owner (PO) as your contact person.

We offer you SLAs so that you can be sure that your operations are guaranteed even during off-peak times.
